This role is responsible for delivering Marketing Services projects in Germany. The role includes: • Deliver exceptional digital marketing projects with the driven by data analytics to ensure measurable business impact of campaigns; • Support successful sales of digital marketing projects through Mastercard’s sales teams.

  • Achieve operational projects execution within agreed project milestones and budget

Requirements

  • Years of full time experience: 3+
  • Integrated marketing knowledge with key focus in Marketing Automation / MarTech, Marketing Analytics/Marketing Attribution, SEO & AI Optimization or Conversion Rate Optimization/ Customer Journey Optimization would be a plus
  • Languages: Business Fluency in German and English are required
  • Proven track record in the management of large client accounts
  • Ability to lead, assess and drive digital marketing solutions with clients
  • Ability to strive in a matrix organization and structure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record to drive digital agenda, ideate and manage digital initiatives that are scalable and multi-faceted
