Job Description:

As a PMO at Sopra Steria in Brussels, you will act as the main point of contact for the Program Team, ensuring proper Program delivery through activities like reporting, documentation management, budget monitoring, event coordination, and stakeholder communication. Candidates are expected to have experience as a project manager/PMO, expertise in executive reporting and dashboards, and proficiency in industry-standard methodologies and tools like Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SharePoint. You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic environment where you can take initiatives and grow professionally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Facilitate project planning and coordination
  • Support workplan management
  • Track plans, budget, quality standards, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Monitor relations between project stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth communication
  • Follow up on risks and issues
  • Organize internal and external meetings
  • Manage project resources and follow-up
  • Promote best practices standards and methodologies
  • Generate predefined and custom reports
  • Review KPIs and advise PMs
  • Set up and modify processes for project/program efficiency
  • Develop and oversee PMO processes
  • Manage documentation and archives
  • Take minutes of meetings
  • Log actions resulting from meetings
  • Ensure accurate documentation throughout project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Experience as project manager/PMO for global, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Experience in creating executive presentations on project portfolio status for Sr. Management
  • Experience in conceptualizing and implementing metrics dashboards for Executive Management
  • Coordination and execution of project/program support activities
  • Participation in user, service, and project meetings
  • Experience in Information sites management
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks, environments, cultures, and personalities
  • Proficiency in PRINCE2 or PMI methodologies
  • Strong Microsoft Office tools skills (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, MPP)
  • Familiarity with Power BI-like tools and SharePoint-like tools
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Dutch is a plus

  • Dutch language skills
  • Experience dealing with multiple environments, cultures, and personalities
