Job Description:

We are currently looking for a talented Junior Project Development and Investments Manager, to join our Development team in the UK, under our Renewables division. This role involves supporting the development team activities, in assessing, analysing and executing acquisition, development and valuations of projects in Southern Europe, with a particular focus on market analysis and financial modelling for Solar PV and BESS projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and update financial models for solar PV and battery storage projects
  • Analyze revenue streams, regulations, and policies for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and investment opportunities
  • Prepare investment papers, presentations, and support due diligence for acquisitions and disposals
  • Manage and prioritize analytical tasks across short-term and long-term projects
  • Develop a strong understanding of internal processes for project development, assessment, approval, and financing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
  • Knowledge of corporate finance, investment analysis, and business valuation
  • Understanding of basic accounting, tax, and corporate law principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with reporting tools
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
