Job Description

Our client is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator for a 12 month contract in Toronto. This is an onsite role. Rate: 251.56-296.25

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate ONE ID operational activities including client support, stakeholder requests, incidents and escalations within Service Level Agreement timelines
  • Execute IAM processes including end-user authentication and authorization
  • Support communication and engagement plans for ONE ID initiatives
  • Provide input to process improvements and process documentation aligned with evolving business needs
  • Provide project coordination support for product integration initiatives, including IAM activities and Business Acceptance Test (BAT) case execution

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in IT or digital health environments
  • Hands-on experience with client support, client integration, and business process implementation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience supporting product integration projects
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework
  • Solid understanding of data integrity principles and quality assurance
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and update technical/process documentation
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet SLA timelines

Nice to have

  • Experience in the digital health ecosystem
  • Proven ability to work within IAM framework
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast-paced environment
