Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and tech-curious Professional Services Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who want to kickstart their career in IT consulting, customer solutions, or software delivery. As a Professional Services Associate, you’ll work directly with clients to support the setup, integration, and deployment of Quadient solutions. You'll be part of a team that bridges the gap between technology and customer success-learning how to deliver value through hands-on experience with real-world projects.

  • Support all aspects of client projects: from technical configuration and customizations to communication and delivery

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, or a related field (or a high school diploma with relevant IT experience)
  • Fluent English-both written and spoken, German is a plus
  • A tech-savvy mindset with basic knowledge of scripting and logical/algorithmic thinking
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A proactive, collaborative, and curious attitude
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (if required)
