Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that our challenging timelines in production will be achieved on a day-to-day basis.

Job Responsibility

  • Take ownership of on-time delivery of production orders
  • Align the production planning in a diverse environment with stakeholders in Manufacturing, Assembly, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality
  • Operate the MES with regard to order management from order creation to order completion
  • Optimize the production sequences in respect to change over times, prioritization and overall utilization
  • Lead shopfloor meetings and ensure consistent communication between the different departments
  • Be an outstanding example for the employees with a dedication to problem solving and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Successful apprenticeship / technician in a metal working area or a similar technical education
  • High technical understanding and able to read and understand technical drawings
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in metal machining or relevant manufacturing technologies
  • Passionate about new space, curious and eager to learn
  • Driven to deliver and constantly push the boundaries
  • Take ownership and accountability for your own actions and learn from mistakes
  • Humble and willing to go out of your way to help others
  • Can-do attitude and outstanding communication skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
