We’re excited to offer a 9-month fixed term opportunity for an Insurance Product Manager to join our team. You’ll play a key role in supporting and improving our insurance products making sure they perform well, meet customer needs, and evolve in the right way. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, using insight and customer feedback (including complaints and webchat interactions) to make meaningful improvements. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, customer insights and cross-functional teams to shape and improve products that genuinely make a difference to our members.
Job Responsibility:
Support the end-to-end lifecycle of our insurance products - from reviewing customer journeys to identifying opportunities to enhance performance
Use customer insight, operational feedback and market trends to recommend improvements and optimise product experience
Explore data trends across complaints, webchat and customer interactions to understand what customers are telling us
Work with teams across Operations and Customer Service to turn feedback into clear actions that improve the customer experience
Use MI to understand product performance, identify patterns and spot opportunities
Build clear, engaging reports that help stakeholders make informed decisions
Work with colleagues in Marketing, Compliance, Operations, Distribution and Pricing to ensure our products deliver the right outcomes for customers and the business
Help coordinate and support product meetings, sharing updates, insights and recommended actions
Contribute to ongoing change initiatives, product refreshes and improvements to customer journeys
Bring curiosity and a problem-solving mindset to help shape better experiences for our members
Requirements:
Experience working with insurance products, customer insight, MI, operational feedback or product improvements
A genuine interest in personal lines insurance and customer journeys
Strong relationship building skills and the confidence to work with a wide range of stakeholders
Good analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful stories and recommendations
Highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to look beyond the obvious
