Job Description:

We are a UK-based manufacturer with 80 years of experience in designing and producing surface preparation tools and equipment. We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to help shape the product roadmap, represent the voice of the customer, and grow your skills in a supportive, hands-on environment. The role involves market analysis, benchmarking, go-to-market strategy support, and tracking product performance.

Job Responsibility:

Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in our product offering
Supporting benchmarking activities including product performance and pricing analysis
Assisting in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies and product launches
Assisting in the creation of product documentation, presentations and training materials
Tracking and reporting product performance metrics (KPI’s) and customer feedback

Requirements:

Experience working within a Manufacturing, Construction, or Surface Preparation environment
Demonstrable experience in a similar role
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects and be adaptable to changing priorities
CIM is desirable, but not essential
