This is a unique opportunity to start your career in product management at the intersection of technology, design, and everyday living - working on products that are used by millions of people worldwide. At Hunter Douglas, our ambition is clear: to become the fastest growing, most loved, and most efficient window coverings company in the world. Motorisation plays a key role in achieving this ambition, as it continues to transform how customers experience our products. In this role, you will work closely with the Portfolio Manager and gain broad exposure across three core areas: product management and continuous improvement, leading development projects, and driving product launches and commercial readiness. You will play an active role in connecting these areas - ensuring that topics are followed through, projects move forward, and products are successfully introduced to the market. This role requires a proactive, hands-on mindset. In a fast-growing and evolving environment, you will take ownership, create structure, and help ensure that priorities are translated into action. This role is designed as an entry point into product management. You will start with a strong focus on driving progress, building product knowledge, and bringing structure to a fast-moving environment. As you demonstrate ownership and impact, you will grow into a Product Manager role with responsibility for a motorisation concept - covering motors, controls, apps, and accessories - targeting a specific market segment.
