Job Description:

Support the development of new products and components from concept to industrialisation; Create and maintain 3D CAD models and production drawings; Assist with technical calculations, testing, and product validation; Support production processes and production ramp-ups; Drive improvements in functionality, quality, and manufacturability; Work closely with an international team of engineers, including colleagues in Germany and other Hunter Douglas companies; Collaborate with the documentation team to deliver accurate drawings for assembly and installation manuals; Cooperate with product management, production, purchasing, and marketing teams

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the development of new products and components from concept to industrialisation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design
  • 0–3 years of experience (graduates welcome)
  • Interest in product development and manufacturing
  • Experience with 3D CAD (Creo is a plus)
  • Proactive mindset, eye for detail, and strong team spirit
  • Good command of English
  • Dutch and/or German is a plus
