We're looking for a curious, collaborative designer to join a small, fast-moving UX team building enterprise SaaS experiences. You can take disparate inputs, find the signal, and turn it into something cohesive and usable — not just someone who makes things look good. You'll work closely with senior designers, product managers, and engineers, receive mentorship and guidance as you grow, and ship work that reaches real users.
Job Responsibility:
Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups across the full product design cycle
Take ambiguous requirements, research insights, and competing constraints and synthesize them into clear, usable design solutions
Communicate design thinking through annotated specs, prototypes, and artifacts — not just decks
Participate in design reviews, critique sessions, and collaborative working sessions with cross-functional partners
Gather feedback directly from internal stakeholders and customers, and translate insights into design decisions
Ask questions early and often — surface ambiguity before it becomes a problem
Contribute to and maintain design system consistency
Requirements:
1–2+ years of UX or product design experience (internships or strong portfolio work count)
Proficiency in Figma — flows, components, auto layout, prototyping, and design system usage
Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to accelerate and inform design work (research synthesis, ideation, spec generation)
A synthesizer's mindset — you're good at connecting dots across research, requirements, and constraints to arrive at a coherent design direction
Strong visual communication instincts — you reach for a diagram or wireframe before a paragraph
Curiosity-driven working style — you ask "why" and "what if" before jumping to solutions
Comfort with ambiguity and iterating quickly in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative and genuinely open to feedback
Nice to have:
Experience designing data-heavy or B2B interfaces
Ability to interpret product metrics and user data to inform design decisions
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS — enough to collaborate effectively with engineers
Accessibility awareness (WCAG and inclusive design principles)
Familiarity with A/B testing concepts
What we offer:
A small, experienced team you'll learn from directly
Real ownership of features from early in your tenure
Exposure to the full design cycle — research, ideation, spec, and delivery
