We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Product/Brand Manager to join our team in Baulkham Hills. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of marketing objectives, strategies and tactics within budget for the Automotive (Retail and Automotive Trade) Channel in accordance with company goals and the strategic objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Product Portfolio Management Support: Support the Senior Product Manager to drive new product development, product updates and deletion of products
Market, Research, Needs & Drivers: Support market research projects of the Automotive channel to understand the needs and drivers of the market and provide recommendations
Advertising & Promotions: Support the Senior Product Manager to in driving the development and implementation of advertising and promotions and analyse the effectiveness against targets & objectives to provides learnings and recommendations for future activities
Channel Planning & Marketing Alignment To Business Priorities: Support the Senior Product Manager to drive the development and implementation of the Automotive channel planning and marketing alignment to business priorities
Internal & External Communication & Engagement: Communicate and engage with internal and external stakeholders via email, video call and F2F communication methods to ensure all relevant stakeholders understand communications plans and engage with marketing programs
Customer Marketing Support: Provide customer centric marketing support aligned with account profitability
Ensures that the company complies with Australian Consumer Law
Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time
Requirements:
A tertiary qualification with a marketing discipline
1-2 years of Marketing Assistant experience, or in a similar role
A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative
Great communication and organisation skills
Attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
The ability to be computer savvy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
