Job Description

As our client’s production partner, we’re looking for a talented Junior Producer to join our dynamic team here at Hogarth Worldwide for an incredible career opportunity. Working exclusively for our client, you will be assisting the Content and Post Production Producers within the Studio team, working across the clients full portfolio of brands and supporting delivery of campaigns, marketing assets, commercials, presentations, etc. The role provides the opportunity to learn from experienced producers and a large international Studio team.

Job Responsibility

  • Dynamic and creative, we need people with real energy and the ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment
  • Production support on campaigns including managing talent for shoots, contracts and travel arrangements
  • Learning the clients processes to ensure successful delivery of campaigns
  • Building trackers to manage deliveries across campaigns
  • Assist in building presentation decks
  • Booking and managing post production resource
  • Researching established and emerging talent and tech innovations
  • Tracking all projects on AdGreen and ensuring data entries are complete
  • Understanding of HWW finance systems, to be able to raise JN’s, estimates, PO’s and track the finances on a job
  • Setting up new suppliers and vendors
  • Liaising with Resource Management on Producer talent requests
  • Learning and acquiring the skills to ultimately become a Junior Producer
  • Support intaking of briefs on client calls with the ability to cover Producers when they are not able to attend

Requirements

  • Ideally experience within a creative agency, post production shop and exposure to working across integrated campaigns
  • Experience with Corporate, B2B, Financial Industry or like clients is a major plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, take-ownership attitude, self-organizing and highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision but also willing to take instruction on projects
  • Comfortable to engage directly with clients when required
  • An interest in production tech and innovation
  • Proficient in MAC OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Understanding of tracking systems or tools
