You’ll have the opportunity to work within our procurement team, supporting sourcing activities for private label and fresh product categories, and ensuring smooth execution of sourcing projects and contract management.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and manage the sourcing and tender calendar to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Prepare and coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) with internal teams and suppliers
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize supplier quotations to support negotiation processes
  • Review contracts and prepare initial commercial proposals
  • Organize and participate in product quality evaluations and tasting sessions, ensuring proper follow-up
  • Manage supplier contracts, monitor agreed commercial terms, and oversee the contract approval and archiving process
  • Verify that contractual documents comply with internal policies and legal requirements
  • Monitor volume agreements and contribute to accurate demand forecasting

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or administration is considered an advantage
  • Academic background: bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • You speak Dutch, French and English fluently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • You demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills
  • You demonstrate excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
  • You demonstrate good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • You demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • You are comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative international environment
