Our Pricing Team plays a central role in the operational steering of the ABOUT YOU Outlet and is responsible for analyzing and defining the selling and retail prices across the entire assortment. The team manages the assortment based on relevant KPIs and develops targeted pricing strategies. At the same time, it continuously works on optimizing all pricing processes and tools, creates regular analyses and forecasts, and thereby makes a key contribution to achieving our company goals. The overarching objective: to offer our customers competitive and attractive prices in our online shop at all times, based on best-in-class steering logic. As a (Junior) Pricing Manager (m/f/d), you will analyze and manage the selling prices for the entire outlet assortment across currently 16 markets. You will also be responsible for implementing the ABOUT YOU strategy with regard to pricing aspects and competitive analysis. In this role, you will play a key part in providing business insights to various stakeholders. As this area is constantly evolving, you will have the opportunity to contribute your creativity, analytical mindset, and innovative thinking to develop new ideas for optimal pricing management.
Job Responsibility:
Operative management of pricing based on internal KPIs, our competitive positioning, and the ABOUT YOU Outlet strategy across currently 16 markets
Analysis of assortment performance and derivation of concrete optimization measures
Close collaboration with other departments such as Deal Planning, Marketing, and CRM
Identification and development of innovative projects to strengthen our pricing strategies
Creation and continuous improvement of reports and dashboards to monitor relevant KPIs
Improvement and implementation of automated processes for price steering
Requirements:
Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field with a strong quantitative focus
1–3 years of experience in Pricing, Controlling, or Analytics, ideally within the fashion or e-commerce sector
Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of numbers
Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel
Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
