Job Description:

As a Junior Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in our established shared service centre of excellence in Gurgaon by supporting our business through our Pricing Support function. This position will offer you the opportunity to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders across global markets while developing strong analytical and operational skills. This role is offered on a 6 month fixed term contract, with 2-3 days per week onsite and the remainder working from home to align with EU operational hours.

Job Responsibility:

  • Reviewing requests from job managers via the Zendesk platform and ensure accurate routing by understanding requirements, specifications, and concepts
  • Support the pricing team with daily pricing activities, including client and supplier pricing
  • Be a subject matter expert in catalogue creation across all markets
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide support during high‑volume periods and ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Use existing pricing tools and systems to manage daily tasks efficiently
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Post graduate experience in an office or shared service environment
  • Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience of Zendesk platform would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in working to timelines and project requirements
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential
