Are you passionate about digital advertising and eager to kick-start your career in paid media? We are looking for a Junior Paid Media / Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team, managing campaigns across both search/social channels. You’ll help drive performance, analyze data, and learn from hands-on experience with multiple platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) or paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights
  • Conduct A/B tests on ads, audiences, and creative content
  • Support budget allocation and ensure campaigns meet KPIs
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Continuously learn about new trends and best practices in paid media

Requirements:

  • Interest in digital marketing, especially PPC and social advertising
  • 1-2 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English
