Junior Physical Security Specialist

• Assist in daily management and monitoring of physical security systems including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection
• Support coordination of security providers and vendors
• Help conduct on-site inspections and assist in basic risk assessments
• Maintain and update records related to access credentials, incident reports, and system performance
• Analyze global security guard service providers and local private security regulations
• Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures and technical documentation
• Assist in reviewing and tracking maintenance schedules and service-level agreements
• Contribute to physical security awareness initiatives
• Support incident escalation and follow-up processes

• 1–2 years of experience in corporate security, physical security, intelligence or risk management
• Fluent English
• Analytical mindset with excellent research skills
• Previous knowledge of security incident management
• Emotional intelligence and ability to communicate effectively with varied stakeholders
• Strong communication skills in international environment
• Strong time management skills and ownership over work

Fluency in other languages especially Spanish
