Medline continues to expand its business through strategic acquisitions, supplementing an already extensive reach across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). For this reason, the marketing and communications team is looking for a Photographer. As Photographer, you will be responsible for planning, capturing, and editing a wide variety of photography projects, ranging from medical product photography to corporate and campaign imagery, both in-studio and on location.

Job Responsibility:

  • Capture high-quality product photography in the studio (primarily medical products)
  • Create lifestyle and campaign photography both in-house and on external locations
  • Capture corporate photography, including events and portraits across the EMEA region
  • Edit, retouch, and optimize imagery for use across online and offline channels
  • Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and detail to ensure high-quality photographic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations
  • Manage and maintain all photography-related equipment (cameras, lighting, props, backdrops, etc.)
  • Set up studio and on-location shoots, including lighting and styling when needed
  • Ensure proper asset management and delivery of photography assets
  • Review new photography requests and organize planning accordingly
  • Collaborate closely with the Concept Designer (responsible for photography direction and visual concepts) and contribute creative input during execution
  • Work closely with Designers and Videographer to deliver cohesive cross-media content for campaigns, social media, and events
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines, and delivering on time and within budget
  • Bringing creative ideas and visual solutions to the table, contributing to the success of the Brand & Creative Marketing team
  • Working in alignment with brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visuals

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio of product and corporate photography (experience in the medical field is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, composition and studio setups
  • Some work experience as a Photographer (in-house or freelance)
  • Editing and retouching experience using relevant software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Capture One or equivalent)
  • Experience with product and lifestyle photography
  • affinity for medical products or the medical field is a plus
  • Ability to travel (2nd Medline studio in Kleve, Germany - and across the EMEA region for events)
  • Driver’s license required
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
