We’re looking for a registered Pharmacist who is tech-savvy, eager to learn and with an interest in how the healthcare industry is evolving within the digital world. Our mission primarily is to ensure that all medicines are dispensed legally and safely, whilst pushing the boundaries of conventional pharmacy practice.

Job Responsibility

  • Work in our mail-order pharmacy, delivering products and services directly to the UK market
  • Support our dynamic Online Doctor service
  • Safely and efficiently label, dispense and check medication against digitally signed prescriptions
  • Pack medication ready for dispatch to our courier
  • Liaise with couriers, ensuring that medications are safely delivered to patients
  • Manage and maintain appropriate stock levels and supplies
  • Work to strict deadlines to provide an efficient service for our patients
  • Enhance and innovate services by continually reviewing and rectifying pharmacy SOPs
  • Enhance operations to improve efficiency and safety
  • Assist with query escalations from the patient care team
  • Support the supply and dispensing of medications to patients within the UK
  • Drive forward our mail order pharmacy, adhering to ethical, professional and legal pharmacy standards
  • Help to coordinate our pharmacy operations
  • Deliver the technical and professional aspects of the dispensary whilst ensuring the safe supply of medicines
  • Spend time with our wider operations team to deliver efficient dispensary operations
  • Build on other services ensures the best care for our patients
  • Work with our Product Development and User Research teams to ensure we build a safe and easy-to-use platform
  • Assume the accountabilities and responsibilities of a Responsible Pharmacist
  • Possible opportunity for line management responsibilities

Requirements

  • GPhC registered pharmacist
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Confidence and communication skills to work with a growing team
  • Capacity to manage and effectively delegate tasks to other members of staff
  • Understanding of the rules and regulations in place within the British healthcare system
  • Believe in our mission to create radically better healthcare through the use of technology with great IT skills
  • Embrace company values and have the capacity to fit in well with the team’s social dynamic
  • Good understanding of UK pharmacy requirements and regulations
