Job Description:

FLANNELS is looking for an enthusiastic, fashion-obsessed and people-focused Junior Personal Shopper to join our in-store Personal Shopping team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes fashion, has a great eye for trends and styling, and loves connecting with people. As part of our growing Personal Shopping business, you’ll support the team in delivering exceptional, tailored shopping experiences to our clients. You’ll gain hands-on experience with product, client interaction, and luxury service — all while growing your own styling skills and understanding of New Luxury.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist Personal Shoppers in providing a best-in-class styling experience for in-store clients
  • Welcome and host clients, ensuring a luxury and personalised service from start to finish
  • Support in preparing fitting rooms, curating product selections, and maintaining a high-standard shopping environment
  • Build relationships with walk-in clients and help transition them into returning clients
  • Begin to grow and manage your own book of clients through excellent service and follow-up
  • Keep up-to-date with latest collections, product drops, and brand knowledge to confidently assist clients
  • Support the team in styling appointments, events, and seasonal client activations
  • Communicate client feedback and product insights to the wider team
  • Maintain client information using internal clienteling tools
  • Uphold FLANNELS' values and consistently represent the brand to the highest standard

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for fashion, styling, and luxury brands
  • Confidence in engaging with a wide range of clients, both new and returning
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — warm, professional, and approachable
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from senior stylists and team members
  • Great eye for detail and an understanding of what makes excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends, designers, and collections
  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience
  • Organised, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexibility to work daytimes, evenings and weekends and adapt to the store schedule
