Job Responsibility:

Execute work to capture and maintain all co-worker life cycle data in the appropriate systems
Execute work to produce all relevant human resource documentation complying with relevant legislation, service level agreements and Ingka policies and guidelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to participate in relevant human resource internal activities to ensure accuracy
Seek guidance from relevant stakeholders to develop own goals and objectives that are in line with team goals and objectives

Requirements:

University degree, or minimum 2 years of related experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience with data entry
Demonstrated proficiency with the use of a computer and software applications, including Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to navigate fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities
