We are looking for a motivated Junior People Partner who is eager to grow in the HR field. In this role, curiosity, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are just as important as prior experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation tracking, performance reviews, and offboarding
  • Maintain HR documentation and employee data accuracy
  • Assist with implementation and improvement of HR processes and policies
  • Provide first-level support to employees on HR-related questions
  • Support managers in team engagement, performance tracking, and employee experience
  • Help coordinate performance and feedback cycles
  • Collect and analyze basic HR data (surveys, engagement metrics)
  • Support internal communications, including announcements, content creation, and maintaining internal channels
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including events, presentations, and experience & recognition programs

Requirements:

  • 6+ month of experience in HR or people-related roles like Junior HR Manager, Recruiter, Sourcer etc.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Interest in HR and people development
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Good organizational and analytical skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience in organizing and managing engagement activities will be considered a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field will be considered a plus
  • HR-related certifications or courses will be considered a plus
