We are looking for a People Business Partner with a solid HR foundation and the ambition to grow into a strategic business partner role. You’ve already built up a couple of years of experience and are now ready to deepen your advisory skills, take ownership of more complex people topics, and make a real impact on the teams you support. You will support business leaders with advice, context and clarity - while contributing to core people processes and team-wide projects. You’re not just executing; you’re co-shaping. You will report to a People Director and together you are responsible for supporting a team of ~350 employees in The Netherlands and Denmark. As a People Business Partner, you’ll join a collaborative and ambitious People team that works to create the best workplace in the industry. Job Responsibility:
Be the sparring partner for leads and managers in your business units
Support and advise on topics like employee relations, performance, growth and wellbeing
Handle more complex individual cases (e.g. long-term illness / absenteeism, development paths, global mobility cases)
Play a key role in people processes like talent reviews, appraisals and succession planning
Actively contribute to initiatives around engagement, feedback and team development
Collaborate closely with our Senior Business Partners, People Generalists and Specialists
Identify team signals, risks or opportunities, and translate them into concrete actions
Requirements:
Relevant HR experience, ideally in a fast-moving, creative or tech environment
Know the ins and outs of Dutch labour law and feel confident in your HR advice
Have experience supporting managers and employees on a wide range of people topics
Combine tact and empathy with structure, logic and action-orientation
Are a strong communicator who’s not afraid to challenge or coach
Love being part of a growing team and are eager to keep learning
Speak and write fluently in both Dutch and English
