Job Description

We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. We are looking for a Junior PE Accountant to join our finance team to provide accounting support to our sole proprietor employees and document management.

Job Responsibility

  • Digital maintenance of the Book of income accounting for PEs
  • Calculation and oversight of income tax compliance for PEs
  • Assistance in forming and submitting tax returns
  • Assistance in generating Electronic Digital Signatures (EDS)
  • Consulting on accounting and tax issues for entrepreneurs
  • Consulting for Private Entrepreneurs in the process of registration, re-registration and closure
  • Establishing and managing records archives for PEs
  • Financial onboarding for newly hired company employees

Requirements

  • Proficiency in accounting principles and Ukrainian tax legislation, with in-depth knowledge of PE regulations and the Unified Tax system
  • Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
  • Advanced PC proficiency (highly skilled in MS Excel and Word)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of accountability and reliability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
