We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations for our Israel-based employees in cooperation with payroll vendor. Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes for a designated employee population
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency between payroll and HR data
  • Process payroll adjustments (bonuses, deductions, refunds, accruals, and ad-hoc payments)
  • Prepare payroll reports and support stakeholder inquiries
  • Handle employee and manager queries (2nd line support) via the case management system
  • Administer pension schemes, social benefits, and insurance programs
  • Maintain and track employee attendance and leave (vacation, sick leave, military reserve duty, etc.)
  • Ensure accurate tracking of working hours
  • Collaborate with managers to maintain proper documentation and leave records
  • Participate in payroll transformation initiatives and process improvements
  • Support internal and external audits as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of payroll experience within Israel
  • Fluent Hebrew and English (both written and spoken)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Previous experience working within international big organization
