We are looking for a Junior Payroll Analyst to join our Netherlands payroll team, based in Rotterdam. In this role, you will support the accurate and timely processing of payroll, working closely with Local HR, HR GBS, Finance, and external payroll providers. Job Responsibility:
Support the end-to-end payroll process for the Netherlands, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and validate payroll input data (e.g. salary changes, variable pay, benefits, absences) in collaboration with Local HR and HR GBS
Act as a point of contact for HR GBS regarding payroll-related inputs, timelines, and data quality
Perform payroll checks and reconcile payroll outputs with input data
Assist in identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies in collaboration with HR GBS, internal stakeholders, and external providers (e.g. ADP)
Ensure compliance with Dutch payroll legislation, internal policies, and procedures
Maintain and update employee payroll records in HR systems (e.g. Oracle), in alignment with HR GBS processes
Support audits and provide payroll-related documentation when required
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization, including alignment with HR GBS
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or a similar administrative role
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good understanding of MS Excel
Fluent in English
Dutch is a plus
Ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment
