Job Responsibility:
Assist with payroll preparation and processing
Review timekeeping data and identify discrepancies
Maintain payroll documentation and employee pay records
Support payroll reporting and reconciliation activities
Assist with compliance-related payroll documentation
Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees
Requirements:
1–2 years of payroll, accounting, or finance experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Experience working with payroll software or HRIS systems is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality with payroll information
Nice to have:
