Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Managing communication with international and local dealers for spare parts inquiries
Coordinating logistics and shipments to ensure timely delivery of parts
Drafting and following up on offers and quotations for clients
Supporting after-sales processes and maintaining high customer satisfaction
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

1-2 years of previous experience as sales administrator or relevant position in this sector
Degree in maritime studies or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
Previous experience in a spare parts, logistics, or customer service role, ideally within the maritime industry
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
