Job Responsibility:

  • Managing communication with international and local dealers for spare parts inquiries
  • Coordinating logistics and shipments to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Drafting and following up on offers and quotations for clients
  • Supporting after-sales processes and maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of previous experience as sales administrator or relevant position in this sector

  • Degree in maritime studies or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
