Job Description

The Junior Partnership Coordinator plays a key operational and coordinating role within the commercial and e-commerce organization. This person is responsible for managing and supporting third-party gift card partners (e.g. supermarkets, corporate gifting and Christmas gift providers) and acts as the internal point of contact ensuring that all partner-related operations run smoothly. In addition, the role supports affiliate marketing activities, working closely with an external affiliate agency while handling all internal coordination and execution. The position is highly acquisition-driven, combines partner communication with hands-on operational work, and requires strong organizational skills. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with partners, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving commercial growth through structured execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Gift Card & Third-Party Partnership Management: Act as the day-to-day point of contact for third-party gift card partners
  • Manage operational coordination with partners such as retailers, gift platforms, and corporate gifting providers
  • Ensure smooth execution of partner agreements, promotions, and campaigns
  • Coordinate internal processes related to gift card sales through partners
  • Monitor performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain structured documentation and clear partner communication
  • Affiliate Marketing Support: Act as the internal liaison between the company and the external affiliate marketing agency
  • Coordinate affiliate-related requests that require internal action
  • Manage: Design requests (banners, visuals, promotional assets, Voucher and promo code creation, Campaign coordination and operational setup
  • Support performance tracking and campaign execution
  • Online Marketing Support: Provide ad-hoc support to the online marketing team
  • Assist with SEO-related activities and optimizations where needed
