Job Description

The aim of the Junior Partnership Assistant position is to support the back office work of the Partnership Department. This role provides comprehensive support to the Partnership Manager in the administrative and back office duties related to daily work and franchisees with all the preopening procedures that might also include cooperation with other departments colleagues such as logistics & supply chain, finance administration.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the partnership manager with contract creation and filing
  • Support in the update of the database of all kiosk locations and reports
  • Support in collecting the necessary pre-opening documentation from our franchisees
  • Support the partnership manager to ensure new Partners training is tracked and signed off correctly
  • Support your local team in the planning and delivery of successful openings of new points of sales
  • Support the Partnership Manager to deliver Partner newsletter
  • Support the Partnership Manager with group level partner projects, engaging partners and your local team in these projects and tracking the impact of those projects

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or junior professional eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced franchising environment
  • Strong interest in developing back-office, administrative and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic and structured organisation
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being capable of working independently
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Good communication skills and a professional approach
