We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Partner Manager (m/f/d) who is eager to grow in the field of channel and partner sales within B2B software solutions. Ideally, you have gained first experience in partner management, business development, or indirect sales — and are excited to further develop your career in an international tech environment. As a Junior Partner Manager, you will support the development and expansion of our partner ecosystem, working closely with our partner manager and sales team members. This role offers a strong learning curve and the opportunity to grow into a fully responsible Partner Manager position over time.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the development and expansion of our partner channel in collaboration with the VP Sales and partner team members
  • Assist in identifying, onboarding, and enabling new sales and technology partners
  • Help manage relationships with assigned partners and act as a first point of contact for operational topics
  • Support partners throughout the sales cycle by coordinating internally with sales, product, and marketing teams
  • Contribute to partner enablement materials, training sessions, and joint marketing initiatives
  • Maintain partner pipelines in CRM and help track forecasts and performance metrics
  • Prepare commercial documentation and support contract discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Monitor partner satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • A completed university degree or comparable Ausbildung, or qualification
  • More than 1 year of professional experience in sales, business development, consulting, or partner/channel management
  • Interest in indirect sales models and working with external stakeholders
  • You are structured, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with international partners
  • An eagerness to learn about commercial negotiations and complex B2B sales processes
  • You work in a data-driven way and are familiar with CRM tools
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
