Job Description:

Junior Partner Associate role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. Responsible for managing the entire life cycle of major events, serving as the main point of contact between stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of project requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for entire life cycle management of big events from commercial contract signing to final closing
Main point of contact between all stakeholders
Manage other department's tasks to ensure timely delivery
Communicate product needs and process needs to HQ
Work with product/engineering to deliver requirements
Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support
Ensure all project requirements have necessary documentation
On-site presence during event launch or important dates when required

Requirements:

Degree qualified with project management background
1 years in a project management role or consulting background
Fluent level of English and Spanish
Huge appetite for learning and ability to pick up new skills quickly
Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
Solution-focused with strong communication skills
Highly organized and efficient
Curious and keen to push boundaries
Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent
Ability to think strategically
Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams
Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty
Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus
Strong academic background is a plus

Nice to have:

Dutch speaker
Event experience
Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram
Strong academic background
Other languages
