Job Description

technology company is seeking a motivated Junior Paralegal to join our in-house legal team. This Junior Paralegal role offers exposure to all areas of legal work, making it an ideal opportunity for recent college graduates or candidates with at least 6 months of any legal experience who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist the legal team with day-to-day operations, including preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts
  • Support compliance, corporate governance, commercial transactions, employment, intellectual property, and other legal functions
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
  • Coordinate with internal departments and assist with document management and recordkeeping
  • Help manage contract and matter tracking systems
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of legal experience (internship, admin, or paralegal exposure acceptable) OR Bachelor’s degree
  • recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and document management systems
