Job Description

A boutique family law firm in downtown Miami is seeking a Junior Paralegal / Legal Administrative Assistant to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in getting their foot in the door within the legal field and gaining hands-on experience in a professional law firm environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Scheduling appointments, hearings, and meetings
  • Assisting with e-service and document filing
  • Maintaining and organizing client files (electronic and physical)
  • Providing general administrative support to attorneys and staff

Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience in a professional setting is a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in pursuing a career in the legal field
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus
