Job Description:

The position involves processing P&C and payroll matters for IKEA Co-workers, answering colleagues’ HR and Payroll questions, data handling, and support via email, phone, or chat. You will be part of the P&C Germany team, supported by Team Leaders and mentors while working in a collaborative and development-oriented environment.

Job Responsibility:

processing of ongoing orders
contact with the national P&C unit
system updates
working in Excel
helpline support (telephone/e-mail/chat)
weekly team meetings
self-study and e-learning
reviewing company news

Requirements:

proficiency in German and English
background in P&C, payroll or German philology (appreciated but not mandatory)
skills in MS Office
ability to establish relationships with people
focus on being authentic and nurturing a relaxed atmosphere
caring for the planet and doing things with people in mind
love for learning new things
taking initiative
openness to challenges
interest in self-development and discovering new talents
