Job Description:

The Junior P&C Services Specialist will work in the P&C Norway Team to process HR and payroll matters for IKEA employees in Norway, including answering queries related to HR administration, handling personal data, and supporting the onboarding process. The role involves engaging with a collaborative team environment and emphasizes self-development and IKEA's core values.

Job Responsibility:

  • processing of ongoing orders such as changes to employee’s employment terms in systems
  • contact with national HR unit for clarifications
  • further system processing
  • answering colleagues’ HR and payroll-related questions
  • handling personal data
  • participating in team meetings to discuss current topics
  • working in Excel such as extracting system reports
  • work on employee support line via telephone/e-mail/chat

Requirements:

  • proficiency in Norwegian and English
  • skills in MS Office
  • background in HR, payroll or Norwegian philology is appreciated
  • ability to establish relationships with people
  • openness to learning new things and taking the initiative
  • focus on authenticity and nurturing a relaxed atmosphere
  • appreciation for self-development and discovering new talents
  • importance of caring for the planet and doing things with people in mind

Nice to have:
