Job Description:

Junior P&C Services Specialist position supporting IKEA stores and units in Austria with HR administration and payroll services. The role involves processing P&C matters, answering colleague questions, handling personal data, and working with various systems.

Job Responsibility:

Processing P&C and payroll matters for IKEA stores and units in Austria
Answering colleagues' questions related to HR Administration and Payroll
Handling personal data
Processing ongoing orders from the country
Contact with national P&C unit
Working in Excel
Working at a helpline (telephone/email/chat)

Requirements:

Proficiency in German and English
Background in P&C, payroll or German philology (appreciated but not mandatory)
Skills in MS Office
Ability to establish relationships with people
Open to other people
Enjoy learning new things
Enjoy taking initiative
Not shy away from challenges
Enjoy self-development

Nice to have:

Background in P&C, payroll or German philology
Experience in human resources management
