Job Description:

As Ingka Business Service Center, we support IKEA stores and units with financial and payroll services. The Junior P&C Services Specialist processes HR and payroll matters for coworkers in Austria, answers colleagues' questions related to HR administration, handles personal data, and works closely with team leaders. The role offers opportunities for self-development and creative collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

processing ongoing orders
handling employment terms changes in the system
contact with national P&C unit for clarifications
attending team meetings
working in Excel
supporting coworkers via phone, email or chat
self-study and e-learning
onboarding mentorship
reviewing company news

Requirements:

proficiency in German and English
background in P&C, payroll or German philology
skills in MS Office
ease in establishing relationships
