Job Description:

As a Junior P&C Services Specialist, you will process HR and payroll matters for IKEA employees in the UK and Ireland. Your role includes handling HR administration, managing data, and responding to employee support inquiries. You’ll also have opportunities for self-development, cultural learning, and collaboration with your team at the Ingka Business Service Center.

Job Responsibility:

Processing ongoing HR and payroll orders
contacting national HR unit for clarifications
system data processing
responding to employee support inquiries (via telephone, e-mail, or chat)
participating in team meetings
generating reports in Excel
self-study via e-learning

Requirements:

Proficiency in English
background in P&C, payroll or English philology appreciated but not mandatory
skills in MS Office
openness to establish relationships with people
focus on authenticity and nurturing a relaxed atmosphere
environmental and people-first mindset
willingness to learn and take initiative
interest in self-development and exploring new talents

Nice to have:

Background in P&C, payroll or English philology
familiarity with cultural differences
