Junior P&C Services Specialist role located in Poznan, Poland. The job involves processing HR Administration and payroll matters for IKEA store Co-workers, answering inquiries, and handling data. Job Responsibility:

Processing ongoing orders from the country
contact with the national P&C unit
further processing in the system
answering colleagues' questions related to HR Administration and Payroll
handling Co-worker personal data
working in Excel and extracting reports
self-study and e-learning
working at a helpline for Co-workers
reviewing company news.

Requirements:

Proficiency in French and English
background in HR, payroll, or Romance philology (appreciated but not mandatory)
skills in MS Office
openness to others and ability to establish relationships
