Job Description:

In the P&C Team, together with other Junior Specialists, Specialists and Senior Specialists, you will process P&C and payroll matters for the Co-workers of IKEA stores and units. This includes answering colleagues’ questions related to HR Administration and Payroll (via email and phone) or handling their personal data. You will be supported in your daily work by Team Leaders and their Deputies, whom you can consult in demanding situations. You can also count on your Buddy who will help you get to know IKEA’s culture and values and successfully get through the onboarding process.

Job Responsibility:

Processing of ongoing orders from the country
Contact with the national P&C unit
Further processing in the system
Weekly team meeting
Working in Excel
Conversation with your Buddy
Work at a 'helpline'
Reviewing company news

Requirements:

Proficiency in French and English
Background in HR, payroll or Romance philology (appreciated but not mandatory)
Skills in MS Office
Open to other people
Ability to establish relationships with people
Caring for the planet and doing things with people in mind
Love learning new things
Enjoy taking the initiative
Do not shy away from a challenge
Enjoy self-development and discovering passions and new talents

Nice to have:
