Job Description:

Junior P&C Services Specialist role processing P&C and payroll matters for IKEA stores and units in Portugal, including answering HR administration and payroll questions via email and phone.

Job Responsibility:

Process and maintain payroll/personnel administration data and documentation
Contact with national P&C unit
Perform periodical activities (garnishments, pension, medical)
Work at Co-workers' support line (telephone/email/chat)
Validate reports in Excel
Handle personal data

Requirements:

Proficiency in Portuguese
English language skills sufficient for workplace communication
Background in payroll or Personnel Administration
Comfort with MS Office
Ability to establish relationships with people
Openness to learning new things and taking initiative
