Junior P&C Services Specialist with French for Services for Belgium at Ingka Business Service Center. The role involves processing P&C and payroll matters for IKEA stores and units in Belgium, including HR administration, payroll questions, and handling personal data. The position is part of the P&C Belgium team working with other specialists.

Job Responsibility:

  • Processing P&C and payroll matters for Co-workers of IKEA stores and units in Belgium
  • Answering colleagues' questions related to HR Administration and Payroll (via email and phone)
  • Handling personal data
  • Working in systems to process employment term changes
  • Contact with national P&C unit
  • Extracting reports from systems
  • Working at Co-workers' support line (telephone/email/chat)

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Background in P&C, payroll or French philology (appreciated but not mandatory)
  • Skills in MS Office
  • Ability to establish relationships with people
  • Openness to learning new things and taking initiative
  • Enjoy self-development and discovering passions and new talents
