Job Description:

Junior P&C Services Specialist with French for Services for Belgium at Ingka Business Service Center. The role involves processing P&C and payroll matters for IKEA stores and units in Belgium, including HR administration, payroll questions, and handling personal data. The position is part of the P&C Belgium team working with other specialists.

Job Responsibility:

Processing P&C and payroll matters for Co-workers of IKEA stores and units in Belgium
Answering colleagues' questions related to HR Administration and Payroll (via email and phone)
Handling personal data
Working in systems to process employment term changes
Contact with national P&C unit
Extracting reports from systems
Working at Co-workers' support line (telephone/email/chat)

Requirements:

Proficiency in French and English
Background in P&C, payroll or French philology (appreciated but not mandatory)
Skills in MS Office
Ability to establish relationships with people
Openness to learning new things and taking initiative
Enjoy self-development and discovering passions and new talents

Nice to have:

Background in P&C, payroll or French philology
Experience in human resources management
