Job Description:

In the P&C Finland team, together with other Junior Specialists, Specialists and Senior Specialists, you will process P&C and payroll matters for the Co-workers of IKEA stores and units in Finland. This includes answering colleagues’ questions related to HR Administration and Payroll (via email and phone) or handling their personal data. You will be supported in your daily work by Team Leaders and their Deputies, whom you can consult in demanding situations. You can also count on your Buddy who will help you get to know IKEA’s culture and values and successfully get through the onboarding process.

Job Responsibility:

processing P&C and payroll matters for IKEA stores and units in Finland
answering colleagues’ questions related to HR Administration and Payroll
handling personal data
participating in team meetings and self-study
supporting Co-workers via helpline

Requirements:

proficiency in Finnish and English
background in P&C, payroll or Finnish philology (appreciated but not mandatory)
skills in MS Office
ability to establish relationships with people
openness to learning new things and taking initiative
alignment with IKEA's values
