Job Description:

Junior P&C Services Specialist role supporting IKEA stores and units in the Netherlands with HR and payroll services. The position involves processing HR matters, answering colleague questions, handling personal data, and working within a team environment at the Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań.

Job Responsibility:

Processing P&C and payroll matters for IKEA stores and units in the Netherlands
Answering colleagues' questions related to HR Administration and Payroll (via email and phone)
Handling personal data
Working with HR systems
Extracting reports from systems
Supporting co-workers via helpline (telephone/email/chat)

Requirements:

Proficiency in Dutch and English
Background in HR, payroll or Dutch philology (appreciated but not mandatory)
Skills in MS Office
Ability to establish relationships with people
Openness to learning new things and taking initiative
Alignment with IKEA values (sense of community, simplicity, renew and improve)

Nice to have:

Background in HR, payroll or Dutch philology
Experience in human resources management
