Job Description:

Are you an organized and detail-oriented junior professional looking to develop your career in logistics and customer coordination? Do you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with an international scope? A leading industrial company is looking for a Junior Operations Coordinator to join its team and support the seamless flow of customer orders, shipments, and operational processes.

Job Responsibility:

Managing communication with customers and accurately capturing their orders in internal systems
Coordinating with third-party providers (truckers, shipping lines, road carriers, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of goods
Monitoring delivery status, vessel schedules, and equipment availability to arrange efficient shipments
Verifying outgoing shipments, checking documentation, and reconciling any discrepancies
Ensuring all documentation (invoices, shipping papers, bills of lading) is complete and shared promptly with clients
Updating internal files and company systems with the progress of each order
Supporting invoicing procedures in line with agreed client terms
Maintaining a proactive, service-driven relationship with customers
Contributing to ongoing improvements and operational goals within the team

Requirements:

At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in a logistics, shipping, or customer operations
A university or TEI degree
Excellent knowledge of English (Proficiency level)
additional language skills will be considered an asset
Solid command of MS Office and general IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, internet browsing)
ERP knowledge is a plus
