As an Operations Associate, you’ll support the systems, projects, and creative work that keep InvestorHub running. One day you might be crafting sales materials; the next, analysing investor data; the next, helping a client go live. We value clarity, curiosity, and hustle. You’ll work closely with Client Success, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership across the UK and Australia. Expect a collaborative environment where you can ask questions, take ownership, and put your ideas into action. You’ll join internal rituals and see how product decisions, strategy discussions, and client outcomes are shaped inside a fast-moving SaaS environment. After 3 -6 months of rotating in the business, you can choose to specialise in one area or continue as a cross-functional generalist.
