Our client is a global leader in consumer electronics and is looking for a Junior Online Marketing Specialist. In this role you will support the Online Marketing team in the planning, coordination and follow-up of the digital marketing activities with the team. This role provides hands-on assistance during campaign peaks, product launches and promotional periods, helping to ensure flawless and timely delivery across all channels. Working closely with the Online Marketing Specialists and Leads, the Junior Online Marketing Specialist assists in preparing campaign/promotion briefs, tracking progress, maintaining documentation and supporting with ad hoc projects. This role will give insight into how large-scale go-to-market activities come together across multiple touchpoints.
Job Responsibility
Assist in preparing and updating campaign briefs for execution teams under the guidance of the Online Marketing Lead and Specialists
Support the coordination and follow-up of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on digital content and website updates to ensure everything is correctly implemented and functioning as intended
Identify, report, and follow up on any issues to ensure a seamless customer experience
Take ownership of smaller projects and assigned go-to-market activities
Support the team during product launches, campaign peaks, and promotional periods
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather input, share updates, and maintain effective communication across teams
Build relationships with colleagues across the organization and proactively seek information when needed
Maintain organized documentation, trackers, campaign overviews, and planning tools
Identify opportunities to improve team processes, efficiency, and workflow clarity
Gain hands-on experience in digital marketing operations and campaign execution
Learn from experienced Online Marketing Specialists while building a strong foundation for future growth opportunities within the organization
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field, combined with experience in a similar role
0–2 years of professional experience
Fluent in Dutch and English
French is considered a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint for creating briefings and Excel for managing copy decks
Experience with Jira is an advantage
Very detail-oriented with strong ownership, organization skills and follow-through
Excellent written communication and conceptual thinking skills
Eager to learn and grow within digital marketing
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and timelines
Basic understanding of online channels is a plus
Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented attitude
Willingness to travel to Poland approximately twice a year for periods of up to two weeks
Nice to have
French is a plus
Experience with Jira is an advantage
